At SnapSilk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-functioning product, we're here to help.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping or delivery.

  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Clear photos or an unedited video showing the issue with the product.

Requests submitted without photo or video proof may not be approved.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be approved if:

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, drops, water exposure, or improper use after delivery.

  • The item has been modified, repaired, or altered by the customer.

  • The return request is made more than 2 days after the product has been delivered.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The product shows signs of normal wear and tear caused after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photo or video proof so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

If you've received a defective or incorrect product, we'll arrange a replacement once your claim has been verified and approved.

Refund Process

After we receive and review your request, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
